UES thermals fit very similarly to their t-shirts. If you wear a size 3 in UES flannels, you'll find size 3 in the thermals to be a perfect fit. Similar to many other Japanese brands, UES tops tend to run slightly smaller compared to American sizing. In addition to their Japanese sizing, they offer a slim fit, so we typically recommend going up one size from your regular American size.
